BBQ Ribs

The pigs are raised here on the farm. They are fed very well (including garden vegetables, weeds, and goats milk). The processed with love and care, and extremely tasty!


Rub Spice:

Brown Sugar; Paprika (smoked if you got it); Onion Powder; Garlic Powder; Salt; Pepper; and a little Cayenne.


Add 1/2 C Stock and 1/4 C Apple Juice onto a cookie sheet.

Put the ribs on the cookie sheep, curved side down.

Put into a pre-heated 300 degree oven.

Bake for at least 2 hours.


Grill on a BBQ with a little sauce, serve.


Great if served with fresh grilled pineapple slices and extra BBQ sauce
